Essential:
services begin four weeks prior to your wedding day
the initial meeting (which can be up to 6 months prior to your wedding day) to review all aspects of your wedding plans, learning of your interests, food and colour preferences, etc.
a review meeting (one month prior) to carefully check all details and refine your "to-do" list
a follow-up meeting (two weeks before) to monitor progress and any unattended items
a final meeting (one day prior) as we attend your rehearsal and assist in supporting attendants and family members
a prepared itinerary, listing responsibilities, items, tasks and timings, to ensure a smooth flow for everyone on your wedding day: bride and groom, attendants, family, guest, vendors
careful liaison between vendors and venue to oversee and ensure their contracted commitments are met, for a seamless and sensational gathering
10 hours of support by a certified wedding planner for on-site management and event coordination on the wedding day
Essential Plus:
includes all of the above-mentioned services in the Essential Package, plus:
meetings with any two vendors of your choice (caterer, decorator, florist)
an additional 2 hours of support on the wedding day (12 hours in total) - through until the end of the reception
